Cancellations: In order to receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made the day of will be charged 50% of the service. No shows will be charged the full amount.

 

Returns: No returns. Honestly just seems like more of a headache for everyone involved.
